Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) is the world's largest student ballet scholarship competition that awards over $250,000 annually in scholarships to leading dance schools worldwide. The competition is held annually around the world and in New York City, and is open to dance students of all nationalities 9-19 years old.

Amazing!! Ballet is the best for of art. Who are the dancers at 1:16 and 1:29?
Sadly, i would say, most of the dancers look like between gymnasts and dancers. In general, the dancers have very poor training of their arms and head. They also lack good quality in movement of the spine.

Balanchine is present in many ways. I'm not sure if he would've been pleased with competitions, but his influence in movement and costume is right there.
